Date this as July 1 Sometimes it takes a big event to wake you up. 2020 has been an incredibly challenging year, to say the least. This summer, I made the decision to move back to Wisconsin, the place where I grew up. Having lived in the San Francisco Bay area for many years, this was a tough decision, but ultimately the right one.

The higher the stakes, the scarier the decision. Fear can inform you, or it can fool you. I like to look at fear like a member of a city council. It gets a voice, but it's just one seat at the table.

Write about something you know. If you don’t know much about a specific topic, invite an expert to write about it. Having a variety of authors in your blog is a great way to keep visitors engaged. You know your audience better than anyone else, so keep them in mind as you write your blog posts. Write about things they care about. If you have a company Facebook page that gets lots of comments, you can look here to find topics to write about.
